Although LTE is a relatively new firm, the founder and principal engineer, Seneca Toussant, is a Professional Civil Engineer with over twenty years experience in a broad range of projects including roadway design, sidewalk and ADA compliance, stormwater and drainage design, water treatment and distribution and wastewater collection and treatment design.
